PAIGE MULLINS
LICSW
Paige is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who approaches her therapeutic work from a curious, nondirective, and reflective perspective. Through individual counseling, Paige hopes to offer an exploration of hurts, challenges, and stressors while attending to the whole self, which includes honoring each person’s unique experience, self-determination, self-expression, and growth.
Paige received her Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. She has clinical experience in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment issues, trauma, and other socio-emotional and behavioral concerns in children, tweens, teens, and adults. Paige’s clinical approach is dynamic, and she often uses principles informed by a range of modalities, such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Paige is also a Washington State Approved Supervisor and enjoys supporting associate therapists through an interpersonal lens that enhances self-awareness and provides a greater understanding of professional needs and development.
Paige is currently a telehealth only provider.
