Insight Mental Health Group (IMHG) is looking for passionate and ambitious licensed and associate licensed therapists to join our team!

​

IMHG is opening a second practice location in downtown Bothell. We are looking to add LMFT/A, LMHC/A, and LSWAIC/LICSW providers to our team. Available positions are in office and hybrid. 


IMHG is dedicated to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes therapist authenticity and growth.

Therapists
Scheduler

Full-Time Scheduler

​

We are looking for a full-time scheduler to join our growing team!


Job responsibilities include:

  • Answering live calls to schedule and reschedule clients

  • Responding to voicemail and email inquiries

  • Creating client profiles in Simple Practice

  • Setting up new providers in Simple Practice

  • Sending clients intake paperwork

  • Working with Quartet and EAP’s regarding referrals 

  • Managing waitlists  

  • Attending monthly administrative meetings 

​

Qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or higher education

  • Experience with medical scheduling 

  • Familiarity with HIPAA practices

  • Experience with Electronic Heath Records systems

  • Customer service experience (answering calls, speaking with prospective clients, etc.)

  • Strong multitasking skills


​Benefits include:
