“I have experience working with LGBTQ communities, people with autism and neurodivergence, grief, loss and trauma, including PTSD.”
Lori is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC) who helps create a therapeutic space where others can explore and navigate their experiences and emotional depths. In this space, there is opportunity to recognize the joys and challenges of existence and pull to the surface what thoughts and beliefs we may have formed along the way that no longer serve us.

Lori’s therapeutic style is Humanistic and the journey to wellness is a holistic approach. Each person’s unique gifts light the path to self-discovery.

Lori earned her Master of Arts in Psychology in 2006 from West Texas A&M University, and dedicated her career to the counseling field. As an eclectic therapist, she draws from various therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapies (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic techniques.
She provides therapy to adults and has experience working with a diverse spectrum of individuals—all are welcome.
