As a Co-Founder of IMHG, Courtney is passionate about developing and maintaining a compassionate and effective clinical team. Drawing on over ten years of experience as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Child Mental Health Specialist, and Washington State Approved Supervisor, she possesses a deep and nuanced understanding of the intricate challenges individuals, couples, and families navigate. Her extensive background encompasses community mental health, group practice, and private practice, allowing her to connect with and support people from diverse backgrounds.
Courtney’s leadership style is characterized as refreshingly candid yet deeply compassionate, empowering her team to grow professionally while ensuring clients receive exceptional care. She remains actively engaged as a therapist, drawing on her extensive experience to support clients with a range of concerns including trauma, grief and loss, and personal growth. Her work is guided by IMHG’s core values of compassion, collaboration, integrity, and individuality—principles she applies to every client interaction and team initiative.
