Daesoleil is a Marriage and Family Therapist who strives to create a supportive, authentic, and challenging environment for her clients. Daesoleil believes that individuals are shaped by their families, society, and experiences. She aims to help her clients gain insight into their emotional experience and use that insight to improve their relationships. Daesoleil has spent the last several years working with children, teens, and their families. 


Daesoleil’s approach utilizes compassion, humor, creativity, and play to create a safe place to grow. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory, but she believes every client deserves treatment that works best for them. She often draws from Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory.

 
Daesoleil works with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges including: communication difficulties, life transitions, school transitions/problem behavior, anxiety, depression, impulse/emotional regulation, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, and others.
