JESSICA JASPER

LSWAIC, SUDPT, CTP

Jessica has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master of Clinical Social Work from Seattle University. She has also completed training for a substance use disorder trainee certificate and is trained as a certified trauma professional. Jessica’s approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate, meeting the client where they are at in their current journey and focusing on helping them reach their identified goals. Her therapeutic lens is rooted in an empowerment and strengths-based approach, helping clients understand their strengths and empowering them to make changes in their lives they identify as beneficial. Jessica draws from DBT, RO-DBT, Mindful Self-Compassion, IFS, and trauma-informed somatic-based interventions. She has experience working with adults (18 and up) with the following diagnoses/issues: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and other trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, work stress or burnout, self-worth, identity exploration, family of origin issues, social disconnection, and systemic issues related to gender, race, and socioeconomic status.
