TEEN THERAPY

Teenagers benefit from having someone outside their family and friendship circles to explore and process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

As children transition into adolescence, they actively develop the social skills and emotional intelligence essential for leading fulfilling and joyful lives. When teens encounter emotions or behaviors that hinder their happiness and overall well-being, they can greatly benefit from teen counseling. During these transformative years, peer relationships and academic success take on heightened significance.

During adolescence, teenagers begin to demonstrate a broader and more complex range of emotions. Challenges encountered in academic and social contexts can contribute to mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. As the demands of academic and social responsibilities increase, conditions like attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and oppositional behavior may also emerge. It is important to provide support and awareness during this critical developmental stage which we provide via teen therapy sessions.
