she/her
Lindsey Lehmuth is an associate licensed therapist who practices from a person-centered, integrative, and collaborative approach to therapy. She offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore meaningful development. Lindsey believes clients already hold inner strengths and capacities for growth, and therapy is a process of helping uncover, strengthen, and trust those resources.
Lindsey is particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and ASD, especially adults who may have received a later diagnosis. She helps clients better understand their nervous systems, build executive functioning skills, and embrace their identities with self-compassion rather than self-criticism.
She also has experience supporting survivors of emotional and narcissistic abuse, helping clients rebuild their sense of self, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their values after prolonged relational harm. Her work emphasizes safety, empowerment, and restoring trust—both in oneself and in relationships.
Lindsey works with individuals navigating life transitions, including identity shifts, relationship changes, career stress, burnout, and personal growth milestones. She is especially attuned to self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and internalized self-doubt, supporting clients as they move toward greater self-acceptance and confidence.
Lindsey is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is welcoming, inclusive, and affirming for all individuals, honoring each client’s unique identity, lived experience, and background. She values authenticity, collaboration, and cultural humility, and strives to ensure clients feel safe bringing their whole selves into therapy.
Her integrative approach is informed by Person-Centered Therapy, with elements of CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and lived experience. Therapy with Lindsey is relational, collaborative, and intentionally paced. Clients can expect a genuine, supportive environment to explore challenges and move intentionally toward growth that aligns with each client’s needs and goals.
