LINDSEY LEHMUTH

M.A. Candidate, Counseling Psychology | Snoqualmie Office

she/her

Lindsey has a person-centered orientation to therapy, creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that clients already hold the tools to create meaningful change—she helps in exploring and uncovering these tools.

Lindsey has a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals (such as ADHD or ASD) as they navigate their unique strengths and challenges, whether it's building executive functioning skills or embracing their identities with confidence.

Lindsey also has experience supporting individuals who are survivors of emotional and narcissistic abuse, helping them rebuild their sense of self and establish healthy boundaries.
All are welcome—whether clients are going through relationship shifts, personal growth, identity exploration, or other life changes. Lindsey offers a welcoming environment to navigate and process these together.

Through the therapeutic relationship, clients can expect a genuine and safe space to explore, grow, and move toward the version of themselves they want to build.
