“Nicole believes in creating a warm, supportive, and empowering therapeutic space where clients can cultivate greater self-awareness and develop tools to support their own wellbeing.”
Nicole brings a rare dual credentialing to her practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate (LMHCA) and Certified Nutritionist (CN), having earned a Master’s degree spanning both disciplines.
Her practice operates at the intersection of mental health and nutritional science, offering a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care. She frequently works with clients navigating life transitions, mood disorders, body image challenges, and holistic wellness goals.

Employing evidence-based frameworks—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and attachment-focused principles—Nicole tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the distinct clinical needs of each client.
Her objective is to cultivate an empowering, highly supportive therapeutic environment that fosters enhanced self-awareness and equips clients with practical coping mechanisms. She is deeply committed to establishing a warm, non-judgmental, and empowering environment where individuals feel safe to cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and develop practical tools for sustainable healing.
Additionally, Nicole provides full clinical services in both English and Spanish to serve diverse client populations.
