Bringing warmth, curiosity, encouragement to her sessions, she believes that people and relationships are the most important things in life.

In her clinical work, Lili's goal is to walk alongside her clients (from teens to older adults) on their unique and holistic journey towards restructuring thought patterns, developing a set of wellness tools, building meaningful relationships, and increasing peace and life satisfaction.

Utilizing strength-based, mindfulness, somatic, and dialectical behavioral therapy interventions, Lili feels honored and privileged to have the opportunity to walk with you on your journey towards your imagined future.
