“Her goal is to walk alongside each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect.”

Madison is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for children, teenagers, and adults to feel seen, heard, and empowered.

As a holistic therapist, Madison believes that healing begins when we feel safe in our own bodies and connected to our inner wisdom. Her approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that each client is the expert of their own experience. She works from a biopsychosocial lens, honoring the connection between the mind, body, and environment in shaping emotional and physical well-being.

Madison supports clients navigating anything from anxiety, depression, chronic and complex illness, to relationships and everyday life stressors. Her goal is to walk alongside each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

In her clinical work, Madison integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy with mindfulness-based techniques and nervous system-informed tools. Her intention is to help clients build greater resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and live the life they desire.

Outside of the therapy room, Madison enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and spending time with her Cairn Terrier.
