Shannon is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, who is passionate about helping couples, families, and individuals discover growth, strength, and better connection. Shannon enjoys working with clients of all ages, especially tweens and teenagers, and specializes in presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety and relational conflicts.

Seeing the client as the expert of their life experiences, Shannon strives to create a collaborative therapeutic space that is encouraging, respectful, and candid.

Shannon has experience helping couples improve communication and move beyond stuck patterns using the Couples Institute Developmental Model. Her approach utilizes training in family systems, trauma-informed Lifespan Integration, and solution-focused therapy for meaningful change. Shannon applies a holistic approach to her work with adolescents and their families through developmental stages and supporting school and executive functioning skills.

Shannon received her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.
