Before joining Insight Health Group as a Billing Manager, Susie owned a small business which specialized in Finance and Human Resources. This experience honed her attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing processes, claims, credentialing, and insurance verification.

She excels in collaborating with insurance companies and takes pride in assisting clients with their inquiries. Her passion lies in ensuring that individuals receive the proper care and support they deserve.
