TINA SUTHERLAND
M.A. Candidate, Couple & Family Therapy, National University | Bothell & Snoqualmie Offices
she/her
Tina believes that healing begins with a safe space and a therapist who truly listens. Her approach is guided by deep empathy and a commitment to exploring the "unspoken" emotional needs that often drive our daily struggles. Whether working with children or adults, Tina views her role as a "choreographer" of change—helping clients identify and shift the beliefs that no longer serve them.

With a background enriched by maturity and diverse life experiences, Tina brings a nuanced understanding to her work with trauma, ADHD, and relational conflict. As she completes her advanced degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Tina is dedicated to helping her clients build emotional intelligence and develop the practical tools needed to strengthen their most important relationships. Although she caters her approach to the needs of her clients, Tina often utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy.
