“Janelle focuses on finding balance between career and personal life, strengthening communication and connection, and developing practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm.”
Janelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who practices from a person-centered approach, supporting clients on their journey toward self-healing and radical acceptance. She is dedicated to creating a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change.
Janelle specializes in supporting women navigating significant life transitions, such as parenthood, divorce, and the empty-nest phase. These periods of change can bring both challenges and opportunities for growth, and she provides a supportive space to process the emotional ups and downs that often accompany them.
Together with her clients, Janelle focuses on finding balance between career and personal life, strengthening communication and connection, and developing practical tools to manage stress and overwhelm. Her work is centered on helping clients build resilience, stay grounded in their values, and move through transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion.
She believes that each person holds the capacity for growth and healing when met with empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. Janelle meets clients where they are and tailors her approach to their individual needs and goals, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and ethical, responsive care.
