Teletherapy Online Therapy Services

“Therapy is a space to find new perspectives and build meaningful connections, where you can slow down, laugh, cry, and simply be yourself.”

Yeseul believes each person’s story is shaped by their identity, relationships, and lived experiences, and everyone deserves a safe space to pause, reflect, and grow. She approaches therapy as a collaborative and non-judgmental process, where clients can safely explore new perspectives, break through painful patterns, and build stronger connections with themselves and the people who matter most—whether that involves taking a deep breath, sharing a laugh, or processing difficult emotions.

Yeseul’s therapeutic approach is relational, attachment-based, and strengths-focused. In her practice, she often draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet each client's unique needs. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, various life transitions, and relational challenges.

Yeseul is particularly passionate about supporting couples through relationship challenges. As an immigrant herself, she also brings a nuanced, culturally responsive understanding to immigrant couples and families, helping them feel truly heard and empowered amid personal and cultural struggles.

Whatever brings you to therapy, Yeseul hopes to offer a space where you feel seen and supported as you work toward healing and growth.
